Laptop out of box was great. It took a bit longer than advertised to get to me.

But i was happy and impressed by the machine. 15 R3 32gb ram. 1tb hard drive. Graphics amp.

1060 and 1070 graphics card. It was great. Till an update cause a internet connection issue. That turned into reinstalling windows.

Turned into have to *** work to have a tech service come replace the motherboard. Turned into sending it in for them to only put a new wirelesscard in. And came back still not working. Then there was 3 more calls to reintall windows again (each call adveraging 2 hours).

And it still doesnt work. Now im on the phone being told they cant replace it because they have to more (waste more of my time) steps to go through before replacement can be approved. So all in all after 20+ hours on the phone with tech support. Missing a day of work.

And having to ship it off and pick up and still not have it in working condition. I havent had a brand new 3000 laptop in working order since after onky using it a handful of times. Im impressed with how well they work....

When and if they work. But their tech support could care less about the fact that youre still a customer.
