I purchased the new Alienware Aurora R3 from Dell and was told it had an HDMI port. When it arrived, no HDMI port.

I called Dell and hey told me the sales rep had given me incorrect info.

The next issue was that the PC kept powering on by itself in the middle of the night, another error where the power supply hadn't been programmed correctly.

When I went to activate MS Office, which I purchased with the computer, it wasn't installed and had to be on the phone for hours while they tried to fix it.

*** product, *** service. Look elsewhere for a gaming PC.

I have had it with Dell this month they get no payment Why My Alienware Aurora R3 has been busted now for 6 weeks. The problem every major component hardware has been replaced at least 1 time some 2x My hard drive went out for the second time I was told by Dell the previous time the ram went out any more problems they would replace the computer, Now no manager wants to stand by their word. The used hard drive they put in did not fix the problem still freezing up in a two year period my computer has been down more than up.

I Love My Allienware Computor we have Laptop and a PC By Allienware Both bought on line thru Dell and we Love them. Sorry some are unhappy We never will purchase any other

I had enmormous problems with my Alienware Aurora desktop. This included motherboard issues, hard drive issues, and sound card issues.

To be fair, Dell did send a tech with new parts each time. However, afte replacing 4 hard drives,,yes, four, 3 complete swaps of ram and two mother boards and a sound card, I insisted on a new machine replacement and got it! Dell will throw thousands on parts to their credit,but won't send a tech to diagnose the real problems.

Also, I was told that all parts are simply recycled parts from someone else! I think there is a quality control problem for their parts.

I also bought an Aurora R3.

I can't do anything on it because it freezes constantly.

Dell said they would send a tech to replace my new computer parts with used ones.

They set up a time for the tech to come and I made arrangements to work from home that day.

The tech never showed up. No call no nothing. Two weeks later still practically useless computer, Dell haven't fixed the issue nor has they sent any tech.

I was angry but now, I just think this is kind of laughable.

I have no choice but to escalate this higher, Dell simply won't didn't deliver what they sold me.

David I have been having the same problem I am still under warranty The refurbished parts last about 6 months or less then back to freezing I also would advice you to demand a new computer

hdmi port comes with a video card... are you shure you just arent missing it somhow? itll power on to scan if its set to check the anti virus settings and unless you paid for ms office you wont have it
